Sandra was born in Salt Lake City, but lived all over the country before finally settling back in the mountain west. She studied at BYU and Weber State University, and then went onto the University of Utah to earn her Doctor of Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees. She is a certified Nurse Midwife and Menopause Practitioner with NAMS.
Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband and three beautiful girls, doing puzzles, crocheting, and reading. She also loves the beach.
