About
Dr. Dunning was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He attended Temple University for his undergraduate studies, Drexel University College of Medicine for a Doctor of Medicine degree, and Easton Hospital, an academic affiliate of Hahnemann University, in Philadelphia for his general surgery residency training. He served four years of active duty in the US Army, serving in Iraq and Afghanistan as an Army Surgeon and as Chief of General Surgery for the General Leonard Army Community Hospital.
Dr. Dunning's niche’ service at Ogden Clinic is providing laparoscopic hernia repairs. The benefits of such a hernia surgery procedure include a smaller incision, less scarring, and pain, and in nearly all cases, patients are able to return home the same day following surgery. Patients are most likely able to return to light activity after one or two weeks.
Dr. Dunning enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking and is enthusiastic about living in an area that offers a variety of recreational activities.
